Renting software through web based systems is becoming the trend of the future. The August 18, 2006, Killinger Letter stated the following:

"More companies will rent the business software they need to manage their sales, marketing and customer service records. Instead of buying and installing software packages...a big investment in many instances...firms can rent programs that reside on the Internet.

Renting will eliminate a lot of headaches for smaller businesses,
which often don’t have the technical staff to customize software."
